1. Donation Policy
All donations made through https://das-bd.org are voluntary contributions to support the humanitarian and charitable activities of Development Activities of Society (DAS).
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
- The donation was made more than once due to a technical error or duplicate transaction.
- An incorrect donation amount was charged because of a payment processing error.
- The donation was made without the donor’s authorization.
- Other exceptional circumstances, subject to review and approval by DAS.
3. Refund Request
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:
- Donor’s Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Transaction ID
- Donation Date
- Donation Amount
- Reason for the Refund Request
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of the transaction.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
The actual time for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, mobile financial service provider, or card issuer.
5. Non-Refundable Donations
Refund requests may not be approved if:
- The donation was made voluntarily without any payment error.
- The donated funds have already been allocated or utilized for charitable activities.
- The refund request is submitted after the allowable review period without a valid reason.
6. Payment Gateway
All online donations are securely processed through SSLCommerz.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be made through the same payment method used for the original donation.
7. Policy Changes
Development Activities of Society (DAS) reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated effective date.
